Nothing is best than having a black coffee to kick start your day at the office or any job
We are never tired of the brew and for very good reasons. Thousands of book have been written on the subjects but here we will have some key points that will make you love the drink even more because in case you don't know you are drinking your last coffees in a few years if we continue on this path as every year plantation are reduced and burnt down as there are appearances of diseases by fungus like mildew.
Here in Mauritius we got the last field of traditional coffee bean dry, roasted and grounded the worldwide cafe de 'Chamarel' name after the nearby village in the south west where the soil is rich as there's a point of interest the seven colored earth which is another wonder in itself.
Well coffee is a bit addictive that is a fact and also can be a drug and dangerous if overused like all good things but good points I promise now no more negative about our darling here's my little lists
1 You can lose wait
Acting as a diuretic like its cousin Mr Tea goodbye to the fats like fat burner. If you're curious you will notice that it is a key ingredient in those pills.
2 Stay focus
It helps in keeping the concentration in rather boring work
3 The perfect breakfast must have one
have you imagine a day without it
so I gave you three reasons but I'll be back to that in another post later for now just enjoy your coffee brew
